Sharon Anita Shannon

Sharon Anita Shannon, 53, of McDonald, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Franklin Shannon and Joyce Brashier Shannon; grandmother, Lucie Brashier; and daughter, Stacey Lewis. She is survived by her son, Steven Lewis of OK; grandchildren, Ariana and Adrian; sisters, Sheila Shannon of McDonald and Carolyn Simmons of IN; brother, Larry Simmons of CA; niece, Zoey LeBouef; and nephew, Skylar LeBouef. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2012, in the chapel of Grissom Funeral Home with Dr. Jay McCluskey officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
