David Immanuel Purple

David Immanuel Purple, 26, entered the presence of our Lord, Jesus Christ on Sunday, December 2, 2012. He was born May 6, 1986 to Dora C. and Jonathan C. Purple. He leaves behind a rich legacy of love and faith and ministered to anyone who needed help either by deed or words of wisdom. Two words that describe his character are helpful and compassionate. He is with Jesus now and is missed by those of us awaiting Christ's soon return. Our mourning is mixed with hope, joy and love and the sure knowledge that we will be together soon. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Alana Owens Purple; two daughters, Elora Raphaella Purple, age 4 and Azriel Virginia Purple, age 2; and a large family who loved him very much. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2012 at Living Word Church with Pastor Larry Cockerham officiating.
