Jimmy "Instigator" Dills, age 68, resident of Cleveland, TN, went home to drive his big rig across Heaven's Highways March 9, 2013. He was a well known trucker for over 45 years. He was employed with Browns Stove for 25 years before leaving to go to Dills Trucking to help his dad. He was a member of New Fellowship Baptist Church in Charleston, TN where he loved leading the choir and praising his Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon "Pappy D" and Wilma Dills, sister, Vivian Bandy. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Jerri Dills, daughter, Greta Dills, son, Chad Dills and wife, Brittany; 5 grandchildren, Colby Dills, Katie Dills, C. J. Dills, Molly Kincaid and Gordon Dills. Special friends and neighbors for 40 years, Lloyd and Robbie Frazier. Several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Davis and Rev. Andy M. Rymer officiating. Interment will be held Wednesday, March 13, at 2:00 p.m. in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Colby Dills, Josh Bramlett, Randy Wooten, Monty Walker, Mark Walker and Dennis Bandy serving as pallbearers.
