Elizabeth M. Nease

Elizabeth M. Nease, age 86, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Saturday morning, September 28, 2013, in a Collegedale healthcare facility with her loving family by her side. She was a member of Big Spring Baptist Church. She had 35 years of service with BellSouth as a service representative. She loved her family very much. Her hobby was spending precious time with her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Harley Jay Nease and her parents, Roy W. and Ruby V. Mauldin McCamish. She is survived by her children. Son, Rick Nease and Daughter and Son In Law, Sharon and Johnny Baker. Her two grandchildren, Lauren, and husband Paul, Moyle and Jordan Nease. Two sisters, Joyce McCamish, Cleveland and Joann Forrest, McMinnville, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Thacker officiating. Music provided by Patrick Wooden. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rick Nease, Jordan Nease, Johnny Baker, Todd Nease, Marcus Palmer and Paul Moyle serving as pallbearers. There will be a Dove Release ceremony at the cemetery. The family wishes to extend a very special thank you to Amedisys Hospice for their care and compassion. The family will receive friends Monday, September 30, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home.
