Marshall Ray Brock

Ray Brock, 75, of Cleveland, passed away, Saturday, October 5, 2013 at a Chattanooga hospice facility. He loved to fish and enjoyed watching old westerns. He also enjoyed working in the garden, whittling and playing with his great-grand baby. He was retired from Flowers Bakery and he never met a stranger, he was always talking to people. He was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Brock; parents, Marshall and Maggie Mull Brock and brother, Frank Brock. He is survived by his children, Tammy Barnett and husband, Robert, Daniel Brock, and Nick Brock all of Cleveland; four grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and sister Ruby Armstrong of Cleveland. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in the chapel of Grissom Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 the funeral home.
