Betty Jo Collins

Betty Jo Collins, 80, resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, February 14, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Blackburn Collins Sr.; her parents, Ulysses and Christine Slack; and brother, Lewis Slack. Survivors include her sons, William (Billy) Blackburn Collins Jr., R. Scott Collins and wife, Tawna, Samuel (Bo) Collins and wife, Missy; her daughter Lynnette Collins all of Cleveland; three grandsons, Matt Collins, Trey Collins, Josh Collins; six granddaughters, Kim Copeland, Kari Vaughn, Brittany Ensminger, Brooke Collins, Tasha McCann, Kealey Collins; five great grandsons, Bryce Copeland, Cole Copeland, Cade Collins, Tucker Truelove, Spencyr McCann; six great granddaughters, Brooke Copeland, Macy Collins, Paisley Collins, Kinsley Collins, Avarie Vaughn, and Collins Ensminger; sisters, Peggy Clayton, Claudia Gray, Patricia Stafford, and June Hayes. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday, February 17, 2014 at Grissom Funeral Home with Minister Jeff Archey and Reverend Carolyn Braddy officiating. Interment will follow in Red Hill Cemetery concluding the service. Matt Collins, Josh Colloins, Trey Collins, Bryce Copeland, Cole Copeland and Ryan Ensminger will serve as pallbearers.
