Robert Eugene "Bob" Kaylor, 84, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014, at his home. He attended Elkmont Baptist Church. He loved and taught his family to love the Lord. He was retired from Coca-Cola after 31 years and was the courier at Bank of Cleveland for 19 years. Mr. Kaylor was a veteran of the United States Army. He loved to fish and was an adamant liar about it. He also loved to cook. He was tenderhearted and a loving family man. He was a faithful friend, a wonderful dad and lovingly called "Papaw" by many. He was the son of the late Glen and Mae Davis Kaylor, also proceeded in death by his wife, Bonita Payne Kaylor; infant daughter, Beth Kaylor; brother, Ronnie Kaylor; and three infant grandchildren, Gregory Brad Kaylor, Ashley Ann Kaylor and Alisha Lynn Kaylor. Survivors include his two sons, Mickey Kaylor and wife, Robin of Cleveland and Greg Kaylor and wife, Debbie of Cleveland; one daughter, Valerie Cullins of Cleveland; four grandchildren, Chad Kaylor, Allison McCallie, Carmen Smith and Shanna Kaylor; two great grandchildren, Will Kaylor and Claire McCallie; four sisters, Barbara Stepp of Cleveland, Reba Brenneman of Key West, FL, Wanda Kusserow of Tucson, AZ, and Betty Duncan of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2014, at Grissom Funeral Home with Reverend DeWayne Payne and Pastor Gary Sears officiating. Interment will be held in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Chad Kaylor, Will Kaylor, Neil McCallie, Corey Smith, Julian Sullivan and Dennis Carroll serving as pallbearers.
