Betty J. Williams

Betty J. Williams, age 74, resident of Etowah, TN, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2014, at the Cleveland family residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, W. A. and Ruby Morgan, and husband, Buford Williams. She loved her family very much and will be missed by all that knew her. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She is survived by her companion of 30 years, David Scott Jump; children, Darrell Huggins and wife, Pam, Dennis Williams and wife, Glynnis, Savonna Woods and husband, Johnny, Donna Nance and Kazan Helton; 9 grandchildren, Melissa Johnson, Jessica Gibby, Christon Crumley, Anthony Smith, Cassondra Taylor, Clinton Jump, Johnathon Smith, Josh Taylor and Tabatha Huggins; 10 great grandchildren, Marrissa Crumley, Dalen Gibby, Tiffany Johnson, Davan Hicks, Brooklyn Gibby, Ashley Hicks, Skylar Smith, Knox Smith, Kyilia Taylor and Heiley Carnley; brothers and sister, C. A. Morgan, Reba Wells and Bill Mogan. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in New Friendship Cemetery with Josh Taylor, Johnathon Smith, Anthony Smith, Gerald Johnson, Clinton Jump, Michael Crumley and Rusty Thurman serving as pallbearers.
