James Calvin Haney, 80, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014 at his home. He was a founding member of the Ooltewah Seventh-Day Adventist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, James L. and Carmen Fortner Haney and his first wife, Linda McNeily Haney. He is survived by his wife, Lupina Haney of Cleveland; daughter, Lisa Phillips of Ooltewah, son, Chris Haney of Alexandria, VA, step-sons, Chang Webb of Atlanta, GA and Shan Webb of Chattanooga; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Larry Haney of Greeneville, Marlene Wuttke of Hendersonville, NC, Peggy Pillor of Olney, MD, Midge Tillman of Albany, GA, Phyllis Blosser of Lindale, GA and Sharon Elhagin of Roanoke, VA.
