He was preceded in death by his father; Eddie Lee McCay.
Survivors include his wife, Debra McCay of Charleston, mother; Mildred Ann Dill of Ooltewah, TN, sons; Bruce Lee McCay, Billy Joseph McCay, both of Charleston and one grandson.
