Alice Lowe, 65, of Cleveland, passed away late Sunday, February 24, 2013 at her home. She was born November 9, 1947 in Cleveland, Tennessee to Johnny and Louise Hancock.
Alice was the Captain of the Bradley Central Basketball team where she made all state several times. While she was captain in 1965, she made the most rebounds and received the Most Athletic award. Her jersey number 15 was retired and hangs in the high school gym to this day.
Alice is survived by her husband Frank Lowe; her three children, Jennifer Headrick, Alicia Patrick, and Adam Thomas; her eight grandchildren, Kyley Rakestraw, Kassidy Rakestraw, Kiefer Rakestraw, Chaney Patrick, Bronson Patrick, Annabel Patrick, Samantha Headrick, and Alex Kwasigroch; and her great-grandson Owen Patrick.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
