Olivia Ann Kivett, infant daughter of John Kivett & Jennifer Winner, of Cleveland passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Skyridge Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Roger G. Kivett, paternal great grandparents; John Hergenreter and wife Jean, and maternal great grandfather, Roy (Gene) Ketchum.
She is survived by her loving parents John Kivett and Jennifer Winner of Cleveland, big brother, Sabastian Browder of Cleveland, maternal grandmother, Joan Ketchum Curry of Cleveland, maternal grandfather, Gary Winner and wife Nicole of Charleston, Jana Myers Macheski, paternal grandmother, Joy Whitmill and husband Tim of McDonald, great grandmother, Dolores Ketchum, great grandparents, Rockne and Jackie Winner, Aunts; Amanda Brummett and husband Marcus of Chattanooga, Alicia Winner of Cleveland, Wendy Kivett of Chattanooga, Briana Howard of Cleveland, and Morgan Johnson of Asheville N.C. She is also survived by Uncles; Taylor Johnson of Asheville N.C., Dallas Whitmill and wife Tonya of Apison, and Darrell Whitmill of Crossville TN.
Service:
Funeral services will be conducted at Serenity Funeral Home Wednesday, February 6, at 1pm. Internment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Reception will follow the committal service at the Winners residence.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital.
