John Daniel Craig

John Daniel Craig, 65, a resident of Old Fort, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the family residence. John was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; William and Amanda Craig. He was also preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, William and Martha Garrett, three infant children, and four sisters; Thelma Hunt, Sue Craig, Martha Swaggerty, and Willie Craig.

He is survived by his loving wife, Vera Craig, daughter, Shannon Danielle Craig, and four brothers; Tom, Ernest, Windom, and Freddy Craig. Several nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.

Service:

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 13, 2012, 11 a.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church with Reverend Charles Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5-8pm on Monday November 12, 2012 at Serenity Funeral Home and Cremation Center, LLC.
