Dakota Tucker Donaldson, infant, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012 in a local hospital.
He is preceded in death by his uncle, Michael Seevers and Great Grandparents, Bertha and Tucker Donaldson, and Gail and Danny Bradford.
Dakota is survived by his parents Andrew Donaldson and Amanda Glaze of Cleveland, Grandparents, Kim Bradford of Cleveland, Ted & Faith Glaze of Florida, Renee and Albert Stafford III of Cleveland, Ed And Nicole Donaldson of Ohio. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Amber and Will Dawson of Mcdonald, Faith Donaldson of Ohio, Hope Glaze of Florida, Andrew Chadwick, Harley Donaldson, John Donaldson, Mathew Donaldson, and Alex Stafford.
Service:
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 22, 6pm, at Serenity Funeral Home with Reverend Samy Hooker officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. on Monday, October 22, 2012 at the funeral home.
