Judy Mae Morrison, 42, a resident of Madisonville, passed away Tuesday, October 09, 2012 in a local hospital. She was of the Baptist faith and loved spending time with children, knitting, crocheting, and loved spending time camping in the outdoors.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Joseph Varner, brother, Bill Varner, and sister, Patricia Thomas. She was also preceded in death by her Grandfather, Jacob Arthur Bowers.
Mrs. Morrison is survived by her husband, George William Morrison, mother, Sarah L. Varner sisters; Peggy Bates and Richard of Cleveland, Debbie Anderson and James of Charleston, and Patrice Carlene Dixon of Cleveland. She is also survived by brothers; Darrell Varner and Luann of Calhoun, Timmie Varner and Christina of Charleston. She is also survived by sister, Virginia Woody of Old Fort, and brother, Jim Varner and Jo Ella of Cleveland. One niece, Alyshia Varner and nephews; Jeremy Anderson, Bryan Varner, and Aaron, along with great-nephew Jacob Anderson also survive.
Service:
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012, 6pm, at Serenity Funeral Home with Reverend Claudie Cordill officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5-7p.m. Friday, October 12, 2012 at the funeral home.
