Barbara Dean Holmes, 74, a resident of Cleveland, passed away at her residence, Saturday, December 29, 2012.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Elmer Holmes, I, parents, Thomas Walter Couch and Nina Belle Parker Couch. She is also preceded in death by her son, Richard Charles Holmes.
She is survived by her children; Dorisa Lynne Curry and husband Larry of Cleveland, Donna LaRee Owens of Cleveland, Charles Elmer Holmes, II. and Kim Poore of Savannah, GA, and Samantha Dean Davis and husband Tim of Cleveland, grandchildren; Larry Curry and wife Whitney of Cleveland, Trinity Davis and husband Steven of Chattanooga, Misty LaRee Perdue and husband Allen of Cleveland, Cassie Mechelle Rosa and husband Dan of Sevierville, TN, and Cody Edward Owens of Cleveland, grandchildren; Jennifer Lache Holmes of Ann Arbor Michigan, Charles Elmer Holmes, III, of Richmond Hill, GA, Brandon Lee Derrick of Cleveland, Ian Glenn Derrick of Charleston, SC, Jordan Blake Davis of Cleveland, and Carrie Danielle Davis of Cleveland, great-grandchildren; Tyler Curry, Ella Grace Curry, Hunter LaRee Phillips, Allysen Paige Perdue, Stephen Rosa, Aleah Rosa, and Aliana Skye Hughes. Barbara is also survived by one brother, Thomas Wayne Couch and wife Dean of Cleveland, and a very special friend and neighbor, Frankie Womac.
Service:
A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 3, 2013, 1P.M. at South Cleveland Methodist Church of Cleveland with Pastor John Passavant officiating.
