Judy Ann Slack Leamon, age 67, of Cleveland, passed away Friday, June 6, 2014 at her residence. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Slack and her niece, Crystal McGaha.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Smith of Cleveland; son and daughter in law, Gary and Missy Ballew of Missouri; son, Gary Ballew of Cleveland; grandchildren, Peyton Ballew, Austin Ballew, Trevor Ballew and Donte Ballew; mother, Mae Verner of Cleveland; brother, John Slack; sister and brother in law, Tammy and James McGaha; one niece, Lasha McGaha.
Service:
A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Grissom Funeral Home, Monday, June 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Tom Grissom officiating.
