Belinda Sue Chapman, 50, a resident of Cleveland, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014, in a local healthcare facility. She enjoyed the beach and the mountains. Also, she loved artwork and her family.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Paul McNeely and grandparents, Frank and Elizabeth Mae Werntz and Elroy and Juanita Odom.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Yvonne and Thomas Truelove, two children, Crystal Burkhalter and husband, Luke of Glennville, GA and Zack Allen of Cleveland; two grandchildren, Cadyn Burkhalter and Sonny Burkhalter of Glennville, GA; brothers, Robert Frank McNeely, James Scott McNeely and wife, Karen of Metter, GA, AND Russell Wade McNeely and wife, Cheryl, stepbrother, Thomas Truelove and wife, Ashley of Cleveland; and stepsister, Sanna Denise Tayner.
