David Frank Knoop

David Frank Knoop, age 75, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at a Chattanooga healthcare facility. The son of the late Rueben and Lena Rappel Knoop, Dave was born in Baraboo, WI and has lived in Bradley County for the past 16 years. He was retired from Arch Chemicals after 36 years of service, and served his country as a member of the United States Air Force. His passions in life were sailing, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Nora Johnell Knoop of Cleveland; daughter, Stacy Fahringer of Cleveland; grandsons, Jason Fahringer of Cleveland and Lawson Slatton of South Carolina; and sister, Gwen Fraust of Blairsville, WI.
Several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends also survive.
