He was preceded in death by sister, Sandra Davis.
Survivors include his parents; Macel and Mollie Stephens, of East Ridge; children, Tiya Harris of Sand Mountain, GA, Alyssa Dean of Lafayette, GA, fiancé; Terri Ryans, four brothers; Harold Evans of Iowa, Charles Evans, of Ringgold, Delmar Evans of Gent, KY, Marcel Stephens, Jr. of Hixson, TN, three sisters; Wilma Smith of East Ridge, Patricia Evans of Cleveland, Teresa Clark of Monteagle, and several nieces and nephews.
