Stacy Johnell Fahringer

Stacy Johnell Fahringer, age 50, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Friday, September 12, 2014, at her residence. She was a member of the Shenandoah Baptist Church. She was formerly employed as a medical assistant. She was a skilled musician. She was preceded in death by her father, David Frank Knoop. She is survived by her mother, Nora Johnell Knoop, Cleveland, TN and two sons, Jason Fahringer, Cleveland, TN and Lawson Slatten, Fountain Inn, South Carolina. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at 5:00 p.m. at Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Sears officiating.
