Mildred Louise Lockhart

Mildred "Millie" Lockhart, 70, passed in her sleep Nov. 6, 2014. Millie grew up in North Chattanooga and graduated from Kirkman High School in 1962. She lived in Rossville and then Ringgold and worked many years at East Ridge K-Mart and Ft Oglethorpe Lowes. She enjoyed fishing, spoiling her grandchildren and cooking huge holiday dinners. Millie was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Freelon Lockhart. Survivors include son, Jerry (Kelly) Lockhart; grandchildren, Emily and Andrew Lockhart; sister, Shirley Zorn; brother, Tommy (Gaynell) Elrod. Visitation will be 11am- 4pm, Saturday, Nov.15, at Lane Funeral Home-South Crest Chapel. Survivors and arrangements are announced by Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Mark S.
