Carolyn Clyatt Binns, 68, of Cleveland passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014, from injuries sustained in a car wreck. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cleveland, regularly attended First Baptist Church of Benton and was an active member of the seniors group at Westwood Baptist Church. Mrs. Binns was a longtime volunteer at New Hope Pregnancy Center and an avid supporter of "Yes on 1". She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She was preceded in death by her husband, David P. Binns, Sr.; parents, Samuel Jefferson Clyatt and Ethel Taylor Clyatt; brother, William Clyatt. She is survived by her children, David and Jana Binns of Ooltewah and Robbie and Tyreia Binns of Cleveland; four grandchildren, Seth, Trip, Abbey and Alec Binns; three great-grandchildren, Madison, Peyton , Liberty Binns and another on the way, Seth Binns, Jr.; brother, Samuel "Jeff " Clyatt of Jacksonville, FL. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014 in the chapel of Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home with the Reverend Jimmy Caywood and the Reverend Dr. Robert Speights officiating. Interment will be held on Saturday, November 15 at 11:00 a.m., at the Chiefland Cemetery in Chiefland, FL.
