Mary Helen Stevenson

Mary Helen Stevenson, 73, of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at her home. She was of Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Bishop; children, Beatrice Shelton and John Shelton; siblings, Patsy Moore, Donnie Bishop and Lonnie Bishop. She is survived by her four children, Benny Shelton, Ronnie Goss, Teresa Goss and Charles Cross; eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Wayne Bishop, Sonny Bishop, Brownie Bishop, Bonnie Swallows and Deano Bishop. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 26, 2014 in the chapel of Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home with the chaplain William Lamb officiating. Interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2014 in Four-Mile Cemetery in Benton with her grandsons serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
