Delcie L. Smith

Delcie L. Smith, age 98, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Saturday morning, March 21, 2015, in a local health care facility. She was of the Church of Christ faith. She was retired from Arrow Shirt Company. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alphus Smith and she was the last surviving sibling of 12 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Jackie Brewer, Houston, TX; one nephew, Roger Pickett, Cleveland, TN and one niece, Vickie Vaughn, Rossville, GA. Graveside services will be held Monday, March 23, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Rev. David O'Neal officiating.
