Phillip James Ramage, 28, of Cleveland, passed Saturday, May 21, 2016 at his residence. He was a member of the Class of 2006 at Bradley Central High School and had worked at All American Air Conditioner and Heating as well as Peyton’s Southeastern. Phillip loved anything that allowed him to be outside or in a garage under the hood of a car. He was known to be particularly respectful to his elders and went out of his way to help anyone in need. The big screen TV his father has was just one small testament to the fact that he could fix just about anything that needed repair. Most of all, he adored playing with his son and his nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Evelyn Ramage and James and Oannell Furlong; his uncle, Buddy Waters.
He is survived by his son; Bentley Ramage; parents, Marvin and Sheila Ramage; fiancée, Alicia Carney; he was “Brother” to his sisters, Tiffany Ramage and Melinda Ramage; “Bubba” to his nieces and nephews, Jaxson Collins, Nolan George, Mayci- Kate Harris and Marlee Ramage, all of Cleveland; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
