Nichole K. Carrillo, 45, of Cleveland, died Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016.

Survivors include her husband, John C. Carrillo; father, Terry Rodgers; children: Alexandria Caballero, Julie Carrillo and John J. Carrillo; and eight grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, at 4 p.m. at 830 Tasso Lane, Cleveland.
