Bobbie Mae Wilson

Bobbie Mae (Thomas) Wilson, age 88 of Cleveland, TN. passed away in her sleep, Sunday October 9, 2016 at a local assisted living facility.

She was retired from American Uniform Company and was a charter member of Asbury United Methodist Church. She was a lifelong resident of Cleveland.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L Wilson; parents Bernard F. and Myrtle (Lee) Thomas; brothers, William (Billy) Lester Thomas and E. Bedford Thomas; and sister, Lucille Vaughn.

She is survived by a sister, Gertha Dean Tilson of Cleveland; brother-in-law Harold Land of South Carolina; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Grissom Serenity Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 12:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home.

Interment to follow at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or to the charity of your choice.
