Sean Curtis Lynn, age 37, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 30, 2016.
He is survived by his wife, Lysa Lynn; six children, Fox Lynn, Stormi Lynn, Christian Willis, Cortney Dixon, Corey Christie, and Chase Dixon; eight grandchildren; parents, Donnie and Sheila Lynn; one brother, Chuck Lynn and one sister, Tracy Lynn Rice; grandmothers, Louise Mewborn and Dorothy Holdiman; a special aunt, Brenda Howard and close friends; Clint “his little redhead” Ratcliff and David “Catfish” Lane. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and too many friends to count.
A Child of the King, Curtis was born, August 5, 1979 and from his first breath till his last, he lived life to the fullest. He never met a stranger and would give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed help.
On June 10, 2005, he married his soulmate, Lysa and from that day forward her children became his and he loved them as his own. He loved the beach, being outdoors fishing, hunting, and camping. He loved his “VOLS”
Curtis accepted Christ as his Savior and knew where his home was. He was a member of the Pine Ridge Baptist Church in Ooltewah, TN. Even in his passing, Curtis was helping others by being an organ donor. Two lives have been saved by Curtis’s kidney donation.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Pine Ridge Baptist Church in Ooltewah, TN on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at noon. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for the family at the service and also donations can be made at “gofundme.com” under the name of “Curtis Lynn Family Needs Fund”
